If I could give this apartment complex a LESS than 1 star rating, I would. It has gone through several changes in management since Ive been here, which I took as a postitive step forward; however, I am QUICKLY regretting renewing my lease. There is NEVER any hot water and the water pressure is a joke. What happens when you call? Pretty much nothing. Maintenance came out and replaced our shower head only in 1 bathroom, and that was 6 DAYS after repeated calling. Do you think that helped fixed water pressure problems? Of cours... read more

Thinking about signing a new lease. A few problems with noisy neigbors and pets but manager has helped out. Parkin is sometimes a problem. Some positive changes.
These are one of the worst maitaned apartment complexes Ive ever lived in..They charge u an arm and a leg and dont fix anyhting..To start things off they prolonged our move in and then made us pay for the week we werent here!! When we first moved in the manager was good but weve been through 3 different managers.....plumbing is an ongoing problem..sinks, toilets overflow on regular basis, and you better hope theres hot water to take a shower!! The staff is unorganized and rude. I was supposed to move in on the 1st, then they changed it to the 5th-7th, then changed it to the 10th, then the 15th, then back to the 10th because maintenence is slow as hell... the day before my move in date the office informed me that I cannot pick my key up until 5pm...I have never heard of such a thing, they have inconvienced me and stalled my moving process!! This has been a good apartment complex to live in. Weve been here for almost a year now, and will sign a new contract for another year. The exteriors look nice with the brick finish and large trees for shade. The interiors are updated with mock wood flooring everywhere except the bedrooms where they have carpet. Maintenance takes a little persistence, but it does get done. The laundry facilities have been recently updated. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. I have had several problems with the apartment and have been ignored. I am a good tenant, keep the apartment clean, do not disturb others, and pay my rent on time. However, I am treated like a second-class citizen.The maintanence guy knows nothing about how to fix anything in the apartment. My dishwasher has rarely worked the entire time Ive been here. This is the Cortes family we are writing to give our opinion on this apartment complex. The Parkside Place Apartments is not what i expected when i moved in. First of all the management at the time i moved in was unperfessional with each issues that i have had with my apartment. The water pressure and the maintainance inside the apartments are very poor and always need repairs. At first they were ok well when you barely move in they treat you good then it all changes maintenance is horrible they take forever to tend to you example the dish washer stopped working it took 2 in a half weeks to get it checked! They overcharge on rent so if you are not careful they pull more and its a dirty complex, laundry mat is horrible and noisy!! I advise those who are looking to look else where this place only cares about your money not your well being!!
