Dr. Frank is one of the most caring doctors I’ve ever meet. Always responding to any questions/concerns. It’s been such an amazing experience to have my son be taken care of by him this first year of life. I am forever grateful for the care we received. We love parkside pediatrics. My daughters are 5 and 3 and have been going since birth. Both doctors take great care of my girls when they are sick and for regular checkups. They give you time during appointments to ask questions and I never feel rushed. The nurses and front desk are also very warm and make my girls feel comfortable. I would refer them to anyone!
I cannot say enough good things about these doctors. We have been seeing Dr. Yelena since the birth of our daughter and I cannot imagine a better experience. When she visited us in the hospital, and when we visited their office, she took her time and allowed as much time as we wanted for questions. The doctors are available by phone extremely easily and after hours if you need them.
