I am not one to go to the doctor often. My little ones had been sick for too long and so I felt like they needed to be seen. We had a great experience. The nurses and doctors were very easy to talk to, kind to my children and I, answered all of our questions, and gave us the care we needed (not rushed I might add)! I now feel like we are on a quicker path toward wellness! Thank you!
Very disappointed with this practice! Not a single text message or email reminder about upcoming appointment and the next day, after i missed it, they email AND text that they missed us and say to “please refer to your next billing statement for applicable fees added per our no show policy. Three missed appointments in a 12-month period will result in discharge from our practices.” SO you’re gonna bill me for failing to show up but you failing to remind me of your appointment is OK?! This was our first visit and everyone was extremely friendly and professional. The office was clean and inviting.
We love Parkside! Everyone at Greer is amazing. Each team member we encounter seems to genuinely love and care for our children well. 10/10 recommend!
