Hello everyone, I lived in this building for one year, and unfortunately, my experience was not positive. It has now been nearly six months since I moved out, and despite multiple attempts to contact management, I have yet to receive my security deposit. To my understanding, holding a tenant’s deposit for this length of time without valid justification is not compliant with legal requirements. I would strongly encourage management to address this matter promptly. Thank you.

There is currently no concierge service available in the lobby, which creates confusion for deliveries and first-time visitors. At times, staff appear to be stationed in an unsuitable storage area, which does not provide a professional or welcoming environment. Additionally, several common areas—including the lobby, elevators, gym, and restrooms—are outdated and in need of renovation. There is no concierge service in the lobby area, it's very confusing in case of any delivery or first time visitors. Sometimes they have someone sitting in a storage room with sewer pipes over their head. The lobby, elevators, gym and bathrooms are outdated. Parking garage is dirty, needs to be power washed. Hello everyone, I lived in this building for a year and it was not a pleasant experience. It has been almost 6 months since I moved out but the management still haven't send my deposit check after contacting them several times and that's not legal to hold some one money for no reason.
