There is no concierge service in the lobby area, it's very confusing in case of any delivery or first time visitors. Sometimes they have someone sitting in a storage room with sewer pipes over their head. The lobby, elevators, gym and bathrooms are outdated. Parking garage is dirty, needs to be power washed. Residents are good people but I feel bad for them paying these kind of high HOA and not getting the service they deserve for their money. Hello everyone, I lived in this building for a year and it was not a pleasant experience. It has been almost 6 months since I moved out but the management still haven't send my deposit check after contacting them several times and that's not legal to hold some one money for no reason.
I still haven't figured what's going on with the whole management system and what are they doing with all the HOA money. Very dis organized building.
I wish I could give it a one star. We live there for 2 years and it was worst experience with this place. awful
