Let me start by saying that every midwife my wife has worked with has been absolutely phenomenal. Anna Mikos, Christine Enright, and Lisa Grossman (forgive the spelling) are all compassionate, caring, and experienced health care providers. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. The one star review is because every single interaction we’ve ever had with front office administrators has been god awful. They cancel or reschedule your appointment without notice or consent. The medical personnel, especially Hispanic medical assistants , are very rude and unprofessional, and the medical care is below any imaginable standards not mentioning about poor hands hygiene . If you care about your safety and well-being, please do not go there. This place is horrible.
I had a wonderful experience with Parkside with the birth of my twins. I highly recommend!
