Showed up 15 minutes early and was given 20 or more pages to fill out on clipboard (most places have you do this allow you to do this ahead of time online which is really convenient especially if you have nerve or mobility issues) and this took me about 25 minutes. I have been visiting this office since April of 2025 for a medical re-evaluation to get my drivers license unsuspended. I have nothing negative to say about this place, my interactions with the staff are usually very brief. I really wanted to give a review as a thank you to Kayla. She is the assistant of Anna Bravo. She has been extremely kind and helpful throughout this long and stressful process, helping me get my medical records from the ER in time for upcoming appointments and staying in constant contact. I tried to make an appointment and was on hold for 25–30 minutes just to speak to someone. I couldn’t even tell if I was talking to a man or a woman, and the whole experience felt unprofessional. Maybe I’m old-school, but back in my day people were courteous, friendly, and had manners. I would never go to this office again. Don’t go here — it’s the worst. And the funny thing is, if you are 15 minutes late they’ll charge you, but they keep you on hold for 30 minutes.
This place needs to be shut down. Dont come here like every one is saying. These receptionist are rude. Going to report this office.
My son Learning disabilities he needed forms filled out for work and usually it would be $25-$35. What the doctor said it should be that amount and I thought that was crazy because I never pay. I thought IHP would cover that but I was ok with that Come to find out after weeks of trying to get a hold of them and emailing them also calling.
