I lived at the Parkside Manor location in a 1-bedroom apartment with a balcony for almost 3 years (2023-2026). Energy cost per month was on average $45 dollars in the winter and $55-60 in the summer. I enjoyed my time living here for the following reasons: - The apartment complex was well taken care of by maintenance and regular upgrades were made to the apartments and the surrounding landscaping. - 24/7 maintenance. About as good as any other introductory apartment would be. If you don’t mind taking a bus, a college student could get by here and pay MUCH less in rent than at a similar place on campus. Much nicer landlords too- Shelly is super nice and maintenance is very attentive! Facilities are kept clean as well- it is very obvious they actually care about their tenants!

I personally enjoyed my experience here. Management: They were able to find a unit for me on the third floor with east facing bedroom windows. Management is a dream. They were able to refund a mistake on the resident portal quickly and easily. If there is any support needed they get someone over as quickly as needed. Visiting them in the office is always a hoot too. They are easy going and understanding that life happens.
