I personally enjoyed my experience here. Management: They were able to find a unit for me on the third floor with east facing bedroom windows. Management is a dream. They were able to refund a mistake on the resident portal quickly and easily. If there is any support needed they get someone over as quickly as needed. Visiting them in the office is always a hoot too. They are easy going and understanding that life happens. Their apartments are full of cockroaches, maintenance is too slow to come in after calling, if I could give 0 stars I would, not recommended

I absolutely loved my time at Parkside Manor. I lived in the place for almost 5 years and while it is an older building, the maintenance crew was amazing and I truly enjoyed living in these apartments. There were multiple times that I would call to get something fixed and the crew would be there in under an hour. Some of the neighbors were a bit loud, but for the most part, it was a lot quieter than most apartments around Iowa City.
