My husband and I relocated to the Fox Cities. Our home in Waterford sold much more quickly than we anticipated. I was so happy to find an apartment to rent month to month. We moved to our new home three months later. The apartment was exactly what we needed because we both work from home. The beautiful outdoor pool was a real plus! Our two pups were welcome too. We even had a big family party in the Community room. Our stay at Parkside Luxury Apartments was awesome!
Bad items Washer and dryer constantly failed and leaked all over. Filthy when I moved in. Management is not present most of the time. You will not get your deposit back and probably will get a large bill when you leave. We routinely got $350 heating bills. My house is about the same for 3x the size. Fire alarm would go off for no reason constantly. Management refused to fix it and even told FD not to come. Good stuff 1. Staff was awesome when you found them. Maintenance people the best. 2. Lived at Parkside Apts, on Northshore Blvd, for 7 years and we enjoyed it. Our pond-view apartment was on the 2nd floor and even though there were stairs to climb everyday, the view is better than the 1st floor. Also, the 2nd floor apts have vaulted ceilings that make the rooms look bigger. Michele and her staff did a great job managing the complex and the maintenance staff did a pretty good job of taking care of the inside and outside of the apts (keep in mind you can’t please everybody).
