Terrible experience with Parkside Housing recertification process. Nobody gives the same information, and every employee asks for different documents. The process feels unorganized and stressful. On top of that, some staff members are rude and yell at residents instead of helping them. Very disappointing service.

Office Parkside has great manager and staff. They are respectful , cooperative and responsive. Manager made my move to new apartment smoothly
