We absolutely love living here! The staff is fantastic—always friendly, helpful, and professional. The property is beautiful and very well maintained, and the maintenance team is excellent, responding quickly whenever needed. The community is quiet, well lit at night, and feels very safe. There are beautiful pools, wonderful dog parks, and plenty of parking, making everyday living so convenient. We had a pleasant experience with the move in process. The front office was incredibly kind and respectful. Answered our millions of questions and on move in day we waked in and there were some cosmetic issues and such and we were walked through them in detail and told they would be fixed and they are getting to it great and timely! I appreciate this a lot. The honesty and keeping word is a big thing for us! Nice cute place I recommend and so far family friendly!
2/5 stars. This complex has made a terrible impression on me after having spoken to the manager for the first time today. I recently had an issue where a neighbor soiled my trash can, which meant I could not bring it back into my home. When I reported it to the leasing office the next morning and asked for someone to come by and hose it down, I was told it would be done that day — when, of course, it wasn't. Just leased here and looking forward to it. Property is gorgeous and well maintained with so many amenities. Safa our leasing agent was amazing. She is so Professional and knowledgeable. Gave us a great feeling about the place right from the start. On line application system very user friendly. Seems like a very well run establishment.
