quiet, small community, lots of families, pool is pretty small if you care about that. I enjoy it here though it’s peaceful. Everything in my apartment works well, I love the appliances! The maintenance guys, Luis and Hector, are very nice and respectful, quick to help resolve any issues. Even let me borrow a ladder for my LED lights :) they keep this complex in top shape!
I've been living at Parkside at Grand Parkway for over two years now. This community has truly felt like home. I've lived at Parkside for three years, and it’s been a wonderful place to call home. The apartments are comfortable and consistently well-maintained, all thanks to the dedicated property staff and attentive maintenance team. The property manager, Theresa, goes above and beyond to care for this community. It’s rare to find a manager so responsive and hands-on. We went to see an apartment and the one who was supposed to give us the tour was Ricardo. He didn't know that a couple with children couldn't live in a single apartment with one bedroom and one bathroom. When I asked him the price for the two bedroom one, he told me but he didn't even let my husband and I see the apartments.
