Staff is very friendly and proactive always a pleasure when I come in the office.
Looking at some of the comments, I agree with some and disagree with others; I can say this because I have been a residence at least five years. Residences at Adams Bay formerly known as Parkside Gardens Apartments have made some improvements in things such as repairs of the apartment complex, roofing, painting, fixtures, things of that nature.
