this apartment is a living nightmare no security the floor squeak in my apartment and there’s roaches here there’s a really bad bad odor in the hallway has been here since I moved here they try to have somebody put Fabuloso and spray every day but the halls haven’t been cleaned since June they do vacuum the floor but that’s it so the hallways are atrocious it’s $690 to live here there’s trash in the hallways it is terrible I wouldn’t recommend a homeless person living here

Rude, disrespectful, nasty, liars and they are slum lords!!!! They have there tenants sleeping in molded apartments. Management is very rude and will give you the run around about things that there supposed to do. I would not recommend this apartment to a dog....

This place is managed by unprofessional people who Refusal to do repairs in units in a timely manner, constant plumbing issues, completing patch work repairs that don’t last long, ignoring phone calls and emails intentionally. Unsecured doors, trash in hallways, unsecured mailboxes and the list goes on!!!! Once I payed my rent into Euclid Escrow, I was issued a fraudulent 3 day notice dated 9/9/20 but wasn’t placed on my door until 9/11/20.
