I have been a patient at Parkside for several years. Cycled through many doctors.I enjoy being a patient there for the most part. Susana Corbin is my new doctor .she is a great doctor. However someone needs to explain why there lab technicians take 2 hour lunches?? From 11.30 until 130. They. Called me and caught me off guard to return to the lab for extra blood work because something was wrong..I was at work and needed to schedule for around 1230 or 100 due to my job and was told they were at lunch for 2 hours . Really??
I had no idea I had a heart problem. Dr Susie did an ekg. Came back and said she called emt’s to take me to hospital to have pacemaker inserted. I believe she saved my life! I truly appreciate her knowledge and foresight. Thank you Dr Susie Corbin!!
The front desk is always pleasant with Jordyn annd Autumn. Susie is a phenomenal primary care Dr.!
Staff was very friendly and my appointment flowed and there was never much waiting!
