I saw Caroline today for a new patient visit and had a wonderful experience. She was very thorough and went through my medical history and also treated me for an acute issue that I have been dealing with recently. Caroline is very caring and intelligent and I feel very confident in her ability to take care of me. Jordyn was very sweet at the check in desk and made sure to greet me as soon as I was checking in. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a primary care provider!
The entire staff is so friendly! Dr Pruitt is amazing and attentive. She makes you feel like a person not a number. She takes the time to listen and makes you feel heard.
Dr Pruitt and her staff are amazing. Very helpful information and everyone seems to genuinely care about the patients they provide care for. So thrilled I found this office and look forward to having them as my primary caregivers! Very clean facility in an excellent location. I was in and out. My favorite part of the visit was I didn’t need to go to another location for my bloodwork it was done in house. Thank you!
I have been in the market for a new doctor. A friend recommended Parkside, so I decided to finally give it a try. The inside was much bigger than I anticipated, it was very clean and felt homey. Checking in was a breeze and the front desk lady (I don't remember her name) was polite and easygoing. There was even a play area for kids!
