I would really appreciate it if a lawyer would look into Parkside Estates and how they operate their website specifically in regard to transparency and communication. This place has overcharged us on rent due to a strange email they sent out, in which it took them an entire month to refund us, so rent was due again at that point... The other issue we have is their utility reconciliation bills that are due every 3 months. They did not include the total due for this period of January 1 - March 31, 2026.
