i lived here for 2.5 years THREE YEARS ago (2018-2021) and am just finding out i “owe $332”. i was NEVER contacted about this- no call, email, letters- nothing. and out of nowhere i have a debt with them. i never got a security deposit back & paid close to $1500 upon move out. i had a safety issue with an ex and they refused to change locks & said i needed to contact him to get him off the lease, after i explained legally we cannot speak to each other. this place is an absolute scam & will run you dry. save every receipt & t... read more
Without a doubt one of the most costly places I have ever lived. They charge for garbage pick up (also no pick up Friday or Saturday, must be under 20lbs, only 1 bag per apartment, and charge you $50 if you leave your can in the hallway past 8am) I ended up having to take my own trash down most of the time as it wouldnt comply with the rules (I have a cat and litter makes it go right over the 20lb max). I have lived at Parkside for close to 7yrs. There are a lot of great things about living at Parkside but there are some not so great things as well. The current staff is amazing. In my opinion, THE BEST property manager since i have lived here and there have been quite a few in 7yrs. The property is well maintained. Maintenance issues are handled well within a timely manner(most of the time immediately). The not so great things are that the walls are very thin. Heating and Air Cond. can be a tad costly to your electric bill.... read more
My fiancé and I have been living here for a little over two years and really like it here. Maintenance is always quick with repairs. The property manager, Amanda, is always super helpful and will go above and beyond to help with any issues. A really nice apartment complex all around.
Parkside Estates is a great place to live. Everyone is so friendly and there are numerous activities available and planned for residents. The facilities are beautifully maintained. Service calls are addressed immediately. I can't stress enough how pleased I am living here.
