The new management is one of a kind! They work hard and have made the apartments more accessible and lovely! They hold events to allow residents to meet. The maintenance communicates well with us to make sure all is operable in the units.
I worked with Ilana Mitchum to move into my apartment at Parkside Dwellings and had an amazing experience! She made the move in very easy and she is so easy to work with. Couldn't have asked for a better move in experience!
What a great experience! We have rented for the past two years and from our initial contact with Donnell, we were impressed! Any questions we had prior to move in and once we became residents, Donnell was there to help. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and super responsive.
