We had a great experience living at Parkside. The management was always attentive and responsive whenever we needed anything. The location is excellent, especially if you study or work in University Circle. It was a convenient place to live, and we really enjoyed our time there.

This is truly a hidden gem in University Circle. I lived here for three years, first in a studio and later in one of the two-floor apartments, and had a great experience in both. The location and price are hard to beat, especially for CWRU students or anyone studying or working in University Circle. The building is quiet, safe, comfortable, and very conveniently located. I had a great experience staying at the property for my last semester of school. I needed a short-term lease and Parkside Dwellings just started offering them when I was looking for a place. It was a great deal considering the studio was well furnished including a bed (with full beddings), a fridge, a microwave, cooking equipment, cutlery and a TV. I’ve really enjoyed living here! The new management team has been super friendly and quick to help with anything that comes up. It’s also awesome that we get to use the rooftop deck and pool at the sister property—such a nice bonus, especially on sunny days!

5 out of 5 stars for this building! The service has truly elevated under the new management, making every moment smooth and enjoyable. We especially loved having access to the sister property’s incredible amenities, including the stunning rooftop deck and refreshing pool. It’s the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and luxury!
