I’ve really enjoyed living here! The new management team has been super friendly and quick to help with anything that comes up. It’s also awesome that we get to use the rooftop deck and pool at the sister property—such a nice bonus, especially on sunny days!

It’s the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and luxury!
I lived here before the renovation and was very happy to see a unit become available when I was back in the market. The new management is an improvement from the last. The location is still safe and I love my corner windows!
I’ve had a great experience living at Parkside Dwellings. Management is responsive and keeps the building in great shape. It’s clear they care about both the property and the people living here. The building has a lot of character from its original design, and the renovations were done really well. Another bonus is that we get access to the pool and gym nearby. The new management is doing an amazing job with this recently remodeled, historic property. The apartments are extremely unique, and we also get to use the gym, pool and new rooftop deck at its sister property. I would recommend this property to everyone who is searching for great value in a very safe location!
