it's so so. my daughter lives there and the outside lighting sucks, the apt was flooded, and the neighborhood is less then flavorful.
They so dont fix things but @ the same time itll always b kinda like home to me
Horrible place management prefers to have criminals for renter and drug addicts. Let's people sleep in basements. just ask police department what kind of person runs the place!
