Called for an emergency appointment since I was referred by my dentist, I was turned down due to Spring Break and offered a later appointment, I guess I am spoiled by my dentist when I say I am in pain cant eat or sleep they take me seriously or at least make me feel that way. I am not sure what qualifies as an emergency to these people.
Amazing and painless. I don't go to the dentist very often but they made me feel comfortable and it was painless. I enjoy going to the dentist now.
Dr. Briones and his entire staff are amazing. They are compassionate, laid-back (but professional), and really nice. I was uneasy about getting fillings, but they made the entire experience comfortable and easy, and were very responsive to my anxiety about the whole thing. If you're looking for a dentist anywhere in the Austin region, this is the place to go.
