I absolutely love living here! The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern appliances, the amenities is good as well. I felt right at home from the moment I moved in. I have been living there since last 5 years it’s very safe good area my experience is amazing and the maintenance is really good that’ guys work there always ready for help any time whenever you need they help you and the manager she’s really sweet always welcome you and ready for resolving you issues I don’t like to move anywhere because we all living there as a family that new manager Donna very professional and educated thanks Donna for your amazing job and your maintenance team too !
I've lived here for four years and had nothing but good experiences. The community is quiet, neighbors are polite, and staff is courteous and quick to respond to any inquiries or maintenance requests. I'd highly recommend Parkside Court to anyone looking for a new place to call home!
i currently have the pleasure of living at parkside court apts and overall, my experience was positive!!! The apartment itself was quite spacious for the price. I had plenty of room to move around, and the layout made the most of the space. Plus The maintenance team was quick to respond to any issues or help i may need! Moved here a few months ago from another complex in the area and Parkside Court is far better in terms of staff, rent price, and unit size and quality. The Property Manager, Donna, has been amazing and helpful from day one. The maintenance staff is friendly and attentive, and the complex is well taken care of. The units themselves are spacious. The one I rent has a large, finished basement and plenty of storage. It's also well-lit at night, which is appreciated from a safety perspective.
