beautiful place in a decent up-and-coming neighborhood.
I wouldn't want to break down in that neighborhood or most of the Syracuse area. Syracuse has gone down hill steadily beginning in the 80s but then again so has the whole country.
Not a friendly Place although some residents are humanly kind the rest are not considerate but the place has potential
