This is by far the best clinic in Jacksonville, FL. Most of the patients are working professionals and genuinely want to get better and do the right things. If you are not serious about your recovery, this is NOT the clinic for you. This clinic holds you to the rules and isn't going to let things slide. They recently got a new Nurse on staff, I think her name is Dee. She is amazing and the BEST nurse they've had. Horrendous service/care since Ms Mary left, or was “fired”, just a massive mistake letting her go. 9 year patient here, have been there since Day 1 of opening their doors when it was Parkside Clinic. Was no problems when she was director, was known as best clinic in Jacksonville. When she left, it immediately changed for the worst. I’ve been coming here for 8 years and this past year has been HORRIBLE! They use to care about the people now they only care about the money and they charge you for everything even if your not there that day they charge you the staff can honestly careless about anyone there even the ones who use to care and be nice that stopped with long ago there is about 2 or 3 people there that care still really only one they don’t even have anyone in charge there so no one cares now they just tell you anything just to get you to go away ... read more
