I have been a resident at Parkside for the past 2 years. I really liked the first year under Lincoln Property Management. They were responsive and communicative over emails and phone calls. There has been a steep drop in the experience ever since the management changed to Greystar. Utilities - Expect your monthly utilities to double without any reason. We’ve lived here for over a year, and it’s easily the best apartment community we’ve been in! The amenities are fantastic, and the twice-monthly community events make it a fun and welcoming place to live. Unlike other apartments we’ve lived at, this one truly feels like a community. The management team is friendly and there is always someone in the office if you have questions. It’s a great place to call home!
The apartment life events are wonderful! It’s a great way to meet new neighbors and get free food!
The event coordinators here are friendly and host awesome events every month! We love this apartment community!
I have lived in this building for a while, and ever since the new management took over, things have gone downhill fast. The leasing office staff is extremely uncooperative, unclear in their communication, and unwilling to assist residents with even basic concerns. One of the biggest frustrations is the constant increase in costs—they keep adding or raising amenity fees, maintenance fees, and utility costs without proper explanation.
