It’s quite surprising to see so many 5-star reviews here, especially when most of them seem to come from people who only toured the property. From what’s been observed, leasing staff actively encourage tour visitors to leave 5-star reviews based on the tour experience alone. That’s like rating a product just because you liked the advertisement, or giving a restaurant five stars without ever tasting the food. Michael Ford made our tour extremely welcoming, warm and efficient, showing us some fantastic units. We had a lot of tours scheduled afterwards but canceled them as we fell in love with one of the units and signed an hour later.
