Michael was honestly amazing throughout my whole leasing process. He showed me the apartment multiple times and was always available whenever I had questions or needed to check in. Michael helped me with my scheduled tour of Parkside Esterra complex and it was a pleasure to go through all the amenities and apartment showings! My experience with the apartment has been great! Very clean and well maintained general areas, comfortable apartments and attentive facilities and leasing office staff. Fastest turnaround time for maintenance I’ve had in a Greystar apartment, Jay went above and beyond with not only quickly and efficiently fixing the work order issue I placed but also helping fix other maintenance issues while he was here. Great apartment!
