October 2019- I was looking for a place in Georgia and took my chances on Parkside, the experience was all through emails and I had no problems and it was great, I read the disagreements from others and a few were things that is listed in the lease before you sign. Ive Been renting from Parkside for 6 yrs ..they are the best..maintenance is always on time..they Take pride in keeping this property up to standards..The staff is Wonderful and Very Considerate...They Truly go beyond the call Of duty to meet the Tenants needs..
Impossible to reach and they hardly ever give you a call back. It’s beyond frustrating.
If you don't have application fees to just throw away I suggest to keep moving from this company . You never talk to anyone . They never checked any of my information . I kept emailing and texting to find out the status of my application for 3 weeks and all they could respond with is " the owners are still in the decision process". I never heard one word from them and then I noticed that the home had been removed from zillow and from their website . What a waste ! They are scam artist. My husband and I applied Friday to day is Monday the denied us for rental history we've live in the same place for 3 years never payed late. I called my landlord and they hadn't even verified it. They must feel real big and proud taking $100 from a couple with 5 kids. Good job Parkside. Your a real winner .
