I have been a tenet here since 2020. This place just keep getting worse. They have all these added fees to your account. I was charged 55 just to use my debit to card to pay rent after they switched over the payment system. I call to resolve issues and no help what so ever. They change management ever other year and every new team that comes in could care less. I get charge for a trash service I never use because I live by the dumpster. Do not rent here! Google makes you select a star but If I could I would rate a zero.

Our move-in experience has been extremely stressful due to a preventable mistake made by our leasing agent The parking account from the previous tenant was never cleared, which prevented us from registering our vehicle correctly. Because of that error, our car was towed and we were forced to pay over $300 to retrieve it. We did our part and asked several times what steps were required, but we were not given accurate or clear guidance. this lack of organization and communication was very disappointing.
