Cool spot cool location and can't say too much about the management yet but it's a pretty solid place to live
The parking is horrible. The trash situation is horrible. The communication with the staff is horrible. They are not willing to work with you in any way possible. They are always sending emails threatening to shut down the pool because tenants are not acting like adults and cleaning up after themselves. So I guess that's everybody's fault when we pay rent for the amenity of using the pool. Please invest in training your staff and maybe getting some more professional people to run the office. Just renewed my lease for another year all the staff and management are wonderful and are always ready to answer any and all of my questions. The Maintinence team are #1 speaking of Maintinence, big shout out to Michael. Even off the clock if I run into him, he's always willing to help. He even helped me move in at one point and I didn't even know he worked there!Come here if you're looking for quality living.
I stopped by during some sort of event last week and man was it a wonderful looking event. I spoke to Casey about potentially moving here whenever my current lease is up. She was extremely nice and informal. While I couldn’t do a tour due to it being after hours already, she still was able to provide me with plenty of info. She then told me I could stay and enjoy the party which I obliged. This appears to be a great community run by even better people. Can’t wait till I am able to move here.
