Neighbors, parks, school and community are great! BUT HOA is out of control! I wouldn't buy a house in this community due to the actions of the HOA if you paid me! Can't have more then 2 cars or else you'll pay for parking violations. So, no large families are welcomed in this community. Just my experience.
We live in a great community with amazing neighbors. The school is exceptional, with an amazing staff that goes above and beyond. The Christmas and Halloween celebrations are a true highlight of the community—something everyone looks forward to each year!
Good community, and it's nice that the school is smack in the middle of the neighborhood. Nice greenbelts. Nice houses, but the pool could be kept better. It's always dirty, but it's big. Overall a good neighborhood.
