This place sucks. DO NOT MOVE HERE. It’s way overpriced for what you get and the apartments are all 20 years out of date. We had a leak in our ceiling from a roofing project they started right before a heavy snowfall. It took them 3 months to “repair” it, but all they did was paint over it to lock in the moisture. On top of that when we first moved in our fridge wasn’t working properly and had a leak in it. It took 3 months and 3 different work orders for us to get a “new” fridge. Horrible people to rent from
Affordable for the 3.5 years we were there, never got a package stolen or had any issues with other apartment residents. Minus one star for an incident with unresponsive maintenance that needed me hinting at legal action before they took care of the issue. Minus another for some building maintenance issues: some of the hallways and out of the entry/exit doors could be rough looking.
