Affordable for the 3.5 years we were there, never got a package stolen or had any issues with other apartment residents. Minus one star for an incident with unresponsive maintenance that needed me hinting at legal action before they took care of the issue. Minus another for some building maintenance issues: some of the hallways and out of the entry/exit doors could be rough looking. My experience with the leasing office trying to rent an apartment there is very bad and not welcoming at all. All I did is asking about layouts and availabilities.
There are a lot of older tenants who treat the other residents like absolute dirt. There are two elderly women living here that harass younger disabled people. One of them, who claimed to be the building manager but isn't, accused me of being on drugs because I was looking for my earring in the parking lot. When my dad tried to help me find it, she kept yelling at us to shut up.
