New housing development.
Our home is less than two years old. DR Horton refuses to cover this damage under warranty. There are hundreds of other people in the community with issues with homes that are less than 5 years old and Horton will not fix them. Save your money and sanity and please buy elsewhere. The quality of their homes is subpar. *Update* DR Horton climbed up on my roof and nailed ton a ton of shingles as a "patch job" even though I specifically stated I didn't want a cheap bandaid.
