Been here going on 4 years. When we've had any maintenance issues, they are quickly resolved. They have modernized ways to contact the office, not only through email, and phone but the app allows you to request maintenance as well. They have been renovating the units. Ours is not, but that has been personal choice at this point but I've been in my friend's unit and it is very nice. Generally speaking things are quiet here and mostly just families. This place it’s very nice, my place was the first apartment they remodeled. So everything looks great from the hardwood floors to appliances, carpet in the bedroom and all the doors were new as well. The managers are great and always get back to us in a good time. I like this place a lot. Now I said what I meat at the beginning of getting into this apartments unfortunately the management is not there anymore. Stay away it’s ghosted and smells funky
This place it’s very nice, my place was the first apartment they remodeled. So everything looks great from the hardwood floors to appliances, carpet in the bedroom and all the doors were new as well. The managers are great and always get back to us in a good time. I like this place a lot.
I wish to tour but cannot get the manager to meet with me yet. Noticed this is a re-accuring issue as complaints are mirrors to what I am experiencing this week. Nice that it is locked but no where exits until I see it.....
