RecommendedI loved Aspen Court Apartments. We lived there for five years. Our three bedroom apartment was large, and had two full bathrooms. The manager is caring and creates a great apartment community. The property is clean and beautiful! I would definitely recommend this place!

Well bear river valley appartments are one of the worst places to live. Management NEEDS to be FIRED. They like to ruin people's lives after you leave. Management is NEPOTISM based daughter got it from mom. Mom runs the appartments behind McDonald's in tremonton. Don't rent from any very bad mean uncaring people.
