on the trashy side While the exterior of these apartments isn't bad, what goes on behind closed doors, isn't so good. Parkside Apartments offers decent housing for the financially challenged. These houses are rent controlled and often the residents reflect just that. There is a lot of riff raff that runs around, and this isn't a place I would want to be after dark. I suppose it is better than the other low income housing in the area, but personally if this was my only choice, I would look elsewhere.
L@@K!!!! I have duplexes 4 rent. 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom. These duplexes are COMPLETLY REDONE. On the corner of Bryan and 22nd street in GC. They r a few blocks from Prather school. Huge fenced in yard, and a tire swing for the kids! It come with a stove and fridge. EVERYTHING is new! Off street parking. Great place! I except section 8 (hud) only! Drive by take a look! 4 more info call me! 618-971-0808. 775mo. (this price is negotiable depending on hud).
Best apartments in GC by far.
Love Parkside! Management is terrific and really cares for their residents. The property is maintained very well and doesn't look like other low income properties that I've ever seen.
EVERYTHING I READ AND HERE ABOUT PARKSIDE I DONT BELIVE AND I AM GETTING READY TO MOVE THERE EVERYONE MAY NOT EXSPRINCE THE SAME THING THAT ONE PERSON DOES AND AS FOR AS THE PEOPLE WHO RUN THE PLACE I HAVE TALKED TO THEM AND THEY SEEM TO BE NICE TO ME SO PLEASE LET ME DECIDE FOR MY SELF FOR IT CANT BE ALL THAT BAD
I live here! When I moved in almost 4 yrs ago it was ok. But this place is being taken over by bad bad people. I cant come home at night without people fighting and cussing. Im getting scared and I want out.
