Not the best place. Small apartments, leaky windows/doors. Courtyard stinks to high heaven due to unpicked up dog shit and pee. Neighbors dogs constantly barking and good luck getting a hold of management. My apartment failed Section 8 annual inspection and I have left 3 messages in the last 10 days for management to contact me and nothing.....My water heater went out Jan 2nd and my toilet is leaking at the wax ring. Only been there a few times To visit a friend, It's a very quiet mellow place It sits right next Youngs park.
I lived there for five years but total of ten years with this landlord they rise their rent every years the place is not safe shooting meth heads and yes the apartment is small for 800 hundred dollars a month the only thing I miss there is my humming bird that I took care of for five years
