ZERO STARS: 5/3/2025 Update, management still MIA & neighbors are letting homeless into laundry room to do drugs. Can you say G-H-E-T-T-O!!! Neighbors blast their music/noise multiple times a day. Homeless druggies "hang out" in our private courtyard at some random strangers' back door & get high. WORST place. Small apartments, leaky windows/doors. My apartment failed Section 8 annual inspection and I have left 3 messages in the last 10 days for management to contact me and nothing.....My water heater went out Jan 2nd and my toilet is leaking at the wax ring. Only been there a few times To visit a friend, It's a very quiet mellow place It sits right next Youngs park.
I lived there for five years but total of ten years with this landlord they rise their rent every years the place is not safe shooting meth heads and yes the apartment is small for 800 hundred dollars a month the only thing I miss there is my humming bird that I took care of for five years
