It’s not great but not the worst. A roof is a roof so I’m not complaining. I was homeless living in my car with my kids before I moved here so I’m just happy to have a roof over our heads… With that said the apartments are all infested with roaches. It doesn’t matter how clean you are how much you spray how careful you are they just continue to exist but of course it’s worse if you’re gross and messy so just stay clean and do all the necessary stuff to rid them and don’t make the infestation worse for you and other tenants. ... read more
ZERO STARS: 5/3/2025 Update, management still MIA & neighbors are letting homeless into laundry room to do drugs. Can you say G-H-E-T-T-O!!! Neighbors blast their music/noise multiple times a day. Homeless druggies "hang out" in our private courtyard at some random strangers' back door & get high. WORST place. Small apartments, leaky windows/doors. My apartment failed Section 8 annual inspection and I have left 3 messages in the last 10 days for management to contact me and nothing.....My water heater went out Jan 2nd and my toilet is leaking at the wax ring.
