If you want Roaches from other units, even when you keep your unit CLEANED come here. If you want the Property manager to ignore your maintenance request, then come here. If you want people to enter your unit without proper warning come here, not to mention raising the rent prices JUST to keep up with other housing units just for everything to be in a worse condition then when you FIRST got here. Oh, Walls are paper thin with nosey neighbors, and the flooring in the unit is unleveled 3/10. Overall.
Pros: Mary is the ONLY person on this leasing team that I feel do the BEST at her job. She keeps her word and she’s very truthful. She make sure ALL of her residents are happy and satisfied. Without Mary, I fear that this company isn’t going to make it through far enough. We need more people like her. So please, give her all the recognition she deserves! Best place I’ve stayed at—great amenities, friendly staff, and outstanding support from the team; highly recommended!
I'm not sure how they get their good reviews but when I call they never answer phone or even return any of my phone calls.
