I'm not sure how they get their good reviews but when I call they never answer phone or even return any of my phone calls.
Had tree fall thru and total out our home insurance paid for us an apt for 6months mary was very helpful got us in a downstairs apt quickly to accommodate my 80yr old grandmother. Maintenence is on point fixed an issue we had quickly it'd sage quiet and respectful mary also check on everyone and works really hard she is the best.. and the entire community here is peaceful great job thank you mary you Def deserve a raise and then some cuz ur the best
I have rented here for quite a few years. They make evertything look perfect on the outside. I noticed a lot of flowers on the entry way apts. On the west side i have no flowers. The only good about this place is if some maintaince issue arrives Jim and Tyler are on it. Mary at the office will help you out as as well. Jim and Tyler, you cant beat them. Two awesome maintance men. The firm needs to be more select who they rent to. Stop and think. No tenant is better than a bad tenant. Brett
I recently moved in to Parkside at the beginning of the year the best decision i could have made!!! Ms0 Mary went out of her way to make sure that I got in a place that it was nice. Anything and everything that I have fixed has done without hesitation. Last night I lost my keys, helping a client in a hospital emergency. And miss Mary took her time and come and make sure that I was in my house so I could get my medicine. I couldn't ask for a greater staff. Or a better service if you're looking for a place. Could be OK if you have quiet neighbors. Was told that the building I'd be living in was quiet but nope. Walls are VERY,VERY thin, cigar smoke throughout hallways at times and cigarette smoke in my bathroom and pantry daily. Been here since November 1, 2023. Won't resign lease, won't recommend. As far as safety, the building is locked and there are cameras outside the buildings. Maintenance keeps the grounds nice looking and apartments are super clean and nice. I'll update after more time here.
