I’ve lived at Talent Parkside Apartments for about five years now, and I wanted to share a positive update. Since Kierstan stepped in as the new manager, there has been a noticeable improvement. She’s doing a phenomenal job, very respectful, approachable, and professional. I don’t live here, but I am a frequent visitor to a unit in this complex, and what I’ve consistently experienced is concerning enough that people considering moving in should be aware. During the hot summer months, I personally observed maggot larvae dropping from the HVAC system into the bathroom sink. Once the colder weather hit, there were sounds consistent with animals moving in the walls and floors. The husband and I have been living here for a few months now, and let me tell you, what a wonderful place! Its quiet, serene, the landscaping is on top of it and very friendly, the apartment manager is attentive and respectful, and the owners are two wonderful lovely sisters that got us a place that we love whilst we were moving from 600 miles away! The community is super cute! Very clean and the staff is awesome! The manager, Kiestan, is very knowledgable and helpful. 10/10 would recommend!
My wife and I moved here a few months ago and we love it here so much! The amenities along with the yard care and friendly staff are incredible to have for our new home. I would suggest this place to anyone. New families, elderly couples and everything in between. Thank you, Parkside!
