Our fully gated and secured community is nestled in the outskirts of Mt. Ashland in the town of Talent. Surrounded by orchards, mountain farmland, cottonwoods and firs, the area is peaceful and friendly. We are located on rural Rapp Road, away from noise, traffic and congestion. Parkside prides itself on being Rogue Valley's best hidden secret in private housing. Common areas include a children's play area, workout room, swimming pool, and generous open spaces.

The management at Talent Parkside is a breath of fresh air! The staff----including the office and maintenance, are very friendly, professional, always emitting a positive spirit. I've never lived somewhere (in Southern Oregon) that is so clean and quiet. They respond to your needs ASAP---and I've been beyond happy the entire year or so I've lived here. :)
Talent Parkside is a well managed community! They have been very quick to respond to any maintenance issues which has made our lives much easier. Although, it's not often that you have to call for maintenance. The gym is well stocked and the pool area is nice and relaxing. Lyna, the manager, is easy to work with and is friendly. We've been here 3 years and don't have any complaints living here.
The whole complex is clean and feels safe. And the staff is friendly and helpful!
