my two babies were spayed 24 hours apart. they glued together the incision instead of stitching . and the first ones stayed together but after 24 hours got really red and swollen. she was hurting so bad she wouldnt even drink her water until tonight (48hours post op) I DID NOT EVEN GET THE SECOND BABY HOME GOOD BEFORE HER INCISION STARTED BUSTING AND BLEEDING . no collars . no pain meds for at home . no stitches. of course by the time I got home they were closed so I had to rush my babies to the emergency vet in Hattiesburg ... read more
RecommendedDr. Cox and the staff at Parkside Animal Hospital are very compassionate and helpful to my Boston Jack every time we go in. They are very thorough with checkups, friendly and spend the needed time to get answers to any problems. Thanks Parkside for loving our pets as much as we do!👍🐾

I cannot thank Dr. Cox and his staff enough for caring for my elderly dog while I was out of the country. He went above and beyond! I can not recommend this vet enough!
Never again. The doctor screamed at my mother's cat when she jumped off the table and proceeded to VERY roughly grab her and SLAM her on the table. My mother yelled out of fear that he was hurting her, when he said, "you would have to make some changes to live at my house!!!" WHAT VET SCREAMS AT A SCARED CAT?? I will say we had never seen him lose his temper like that but we will NEVER go back there. I've been taking my dog and cats to Dr. Cox for years, and I'm so happy with him and the Parkside Animal Hospital staff! They are always friendly and compassionate. Dr. Cox does a great job explaining everything if there's a problem. I highly recommend them!
