I've been trying for 4 days now to get a hold of anybody to try and rent here. They don't answer phone messages or their "contact me" on the website. I've honestly never experienced anything like this. Very unprofessional for a seemingly nice apartment building that shows multiple units available for rent.

Parkside Apts is on high ground, so its not at risk of flooding when the storms hit. We think its one of the nicest apartment complexes in the San Anselmo/Fairfax area. We like the friendly neighbors, the well groomed grounds and the prompt response from management if anything needs attention. The apartments are between two parks. (I live close to Memorial and can hear kids playing. I call that "happy noise" and much prefer it to freeway noise, like where I used to live.)
