I had ordered a bier pin plate during the period of late June to early July. The original order had gotten lost due to faulty packaging. It was truly unfortunate but I could imagine there’s a large demand for parts, services, & rush orders as of right now due to funeral homes preparing their coaches and first call vehicles for the upcoming fall and winter months where we see an influx of business. Im positive that parks superior is a wonderful place to purchase a coach, not so much if you’re ordering parts. I ordered a bier pin plate (8 hole hex style) they’re not easy to find anymore but Parks is the only place I could find them. I ordered the part and it was delivered, once I received the packaging I found that the part was not only missing but the packaging was opened and crudely made up of pieces of cardboard scrap that was poorly taped together. We recently updated our funeral coach with the assistance of Michael Parks. We could not have asked for a more honest, transparent, and smooth transaction. Transportation was arranged to trade our vehicle in and was handled in a breeze. I would not hesitate to suggest this company to any funeral home looking to upgrade their fleet. Above and beyond on every level. Incidentally as a busy funeral director I appreciated the ability to communicate via text.
Nate Parks handled my purchase for a used 2006 Cadillac DTS Eagle Ultimate coach. They replaced the fuel and brake lines included in the price and shipped right to my driveway. You can't ask for better service than that. No risk dealership with patience. Communication was professional and prompt. Will buy again!
