I don’t recommend San Antonio if you are blind or in a wheelchair. Scooters dropped anywhere on the sidewalk, blocking the path. Have some consideration and park them along the curb, out of the way. Blind people use the walls of buildings on the side with their white cane to guide them on the sidewalk.
A wonderful organization that has done so much to improve the quality of life in San Antonio!
