We’ve worked with Scott and his team to manage a few of our properties. They’re thorough and attentive, making the rental process easy for both landlords and tenants. I highly recommend Parks Propery Management without reservation.
Scott has made the move in process super easy and smooth. He ensures we are informed with next steps in maintenance requests and any other questions we may have. We are pleased on how professional and easy it is to communicate with him and his team. We’ve had experiences with other property managements or rental offices that don’t seem to ever keep you updated but Scott has done an amazing job of always keeping us up to date!
I been with Parks Property Management, as a Renter, a little shy of two years. Up to now, Scott and his staff have been awesome! Any issues, which weren’t many that we had with the house, they were on top of it. With our first rental, we received short notice that the landlords were going to sell the house and we were obviously going to have to move. Great experience working with Scott and his team—professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. They clearly care about their tenants and properties. Highly recommend!
I would give zero stars for this company. It was a horrible experience. We worked with Ed who we informed we had a cat before paying $150.00 for application fees and he told us it was fine. We got approved and then he denied us based on us having a pet, essentially wasting our time and money with only 2 weeks left to find another place to move. I do not recommend this company. We definitely felt he was being dishonest with us and potentially the home owner until after we paid a very high application fee.
