Alfredo helped us get into a vehicle. The process should take less time. BUT AFTER 4 hours we drove away in a sweet Lincoln . Alright alright alright! They are very friendly and the manager drove us around the lot to find the right vehicle for us. I only would only say, we did get out a little slow. I prefer the lack of hagling needed.
