It is unfortunate to have the owner call a person on their personal cell phone to insinuate that he or she walks into the store positive with COVID -19 because they are on breathing treatments prescribed from their PCP. The nurse wearing a mask in the store the entire was called on her job and asked to have documentation from her job stating she was clear sent to the pharmacy. RecommendedI want to thank your entire team for taking the time to help my 78 yr old mother with transferring her medications from Walmart where during these very uncertain times she would have had to go inside and wait in a line to get her meds. Item purchased was defective, store policy is no refunds or exchanges. However, store does not hesitate to take a customers money for a defective item. When the store was contacted regarding the defective item two different associates were extremely unprofessional and rude. Associates would not agree to a simple exchange of a defective and unused medically necessary item.
Great people and nice to do business with
Due to an unfortunate mix up yesterday, my meds didn’t get called into Parks Drugs, I made 2 trips there to pic up, last one at 4:30ish so decided to call Dr., couldnt reach, left word with answering service, not dreaming, I would hear til next morn..Doc called me at 6pm, he decided to call into another Pharm, as Parks was closed. Jessica was efficient, super nice and helpful today when fillings RX for a walker for my husband. He is very reluctant to use one , Jessica’s compassionate approach settled him down and decreased his stress.

I believe the young woman who assisted me was Eleanor, I hope that's correct. I wanted to thank her for the assistance she gave me last week. I needed a small BP cuff for my mother and had been unsuccessful at 2 other pharmacies, duramed, and the internet. A phone call confirmed you had one in stock and she was kind enough to grab a measuring tape and confirm it would fit. Please thank her for her assistance.
