Pleasantly surprised I’ve lived here for about 9 months. It’s a really nicely place to live. Good neighbors, extremely dog and pet friendly, and clean. There is a lot of open grass areas to go play fetch. Garbage and water included. Lawn maintenance comes frequently. Parking lots were plowed in the winter. Really, for the price, they’re probably the best apartments in town you could ask for. Great location. Plus, the office manager Jade is really nice.
Great Community Vibes We recently moved here and really enjoy it! Many of our neighbors are super friendly, and happy to help out. There are lots of friendly dogs too, which we're very happy about, as we didn't have to give away our precious dog to live here. We enjoy being surrounded by nice neighbors, and having plenty of green grass for our kids and dog (on a leash required) to play on. The school district is great too.
Upgraded, clean, great neighbors! Parks on the Green was a diamond found in a very rough market of budget apartments in Bend. The rent is low(er than average), and the apartments are clean, upgraded recently, have AC, great neighbors, speedy maintenance service, and, as the name implies, GRASS in the desert! We are super glad we found it a year ago, as we would have been priced out of this pricey town otherwise.
