I had an absolutely amazing experience at Parks motors while buying my new "mom mobile" Cowboy was my sales guy and let me tell you he made sure I got everything I wanted and more Then Jesse worked his magic and made the process so smooth And let's not forget about MC he's your guy for the warranty hookup All around great experience 10/10 would do it again
I took my new truck in to have the seat checked. It had a factory defect. They said GM approved the seat cover to be replaced. When I picked it up they told me it will take a few days to look normal. It looks horrible. It has demple in it and looks deflated. When I brought it in the seat was not like this. The truck had less that 3k miles on it and was I. There for its first oil change. So far Parks Motors have had the best staff I have ever seen at a dealership. Their customer service was outstanding and made you feel welcomed. And it’s not just your first visit, it’s every visit I have encountered at the dealership.
