I began using Parks many years ago out of necessity. I was past due for an oil change and I just happened to be in Columbia with some free time. I did a walk in and they were surprisingly accommodating and thier friendliness and hometown feel made come back. I have 3 vehicles regularly serviced at Parks. This specific appointment as usual everyone I dealt with in person from the moment I arrived to when I left was great and friendly (hometown feel).
