The guy we typically deal with in the service department is super nice, however, they are very unorganized. We have been there twice for scheduled service work, we call ahead to confirm they have a loaner first, then when we arrive they have no loaners and the only option is to shuttle us to hertz and make us use our credit card to rent an old beater from the local rental car facility.
