RecommendedThe techs are great. They explain what’s going on with the AC as clearly as possible. Anthony came out this time and waited while they tried to source a part that we already knew wouldn’t be installed today. Can’t ask for much more from a company.
had my spring service today. very competent tech. did an excellent job cleaning the coils and changing my filters. went over everything with me. would highly recommend to anyone needing service or a check up. using Parks for 4 years.
I have had Parks out to my home twice, and both times they have sent the same technician (EJ.) He has been super helpful, very polite, and he is obviously very knowledgable. I will continue to use them, and I certainly recommend them to others.
i had a tech named Armando come to my house yesterday because i am having temperature spike. He said my filter were dirty and neede to be changed (so i did) He then went outside and said i needed freon added (two pounds @$108 per pound) He attempted to add but the system did not take. He then wrote me a bill for $89. I don't understand how he can bill me without even dtermining what the problem is. He did not even go in the attic to check.
