Made an online appointment for pick up and delivery service on Memorial day through their website. Got the messages and notifications that everything was set. Even called afterwards to confirm they were open that day. Staff that answered wasn't completely sure they were open... But said that if the site was allowing appointments to be booked then they might be. The day comes and no one comes, 15 minutes past the appointment time.
