Ben and the installers due to fabulous job replacing the carpet in my bonus room and on the steps leading up to it. I absolutely love the carpet and they were so wonderful to work with! Here’s the finished product. I can’t wait to get my pool table set back up and use the room! Thanks guys!❤️
I highly recommend Parks Floor Covering for your residential carpet needs. We recently moved into a new home and within a week, we have brand new carpet in our three children's bedrooms. The staff was polite, professional, and incredibly efficient at their tasks. When we are ready for more carpeting, we'll be sure to give them a call back! If you're in High Point or Jamestown, definitely look them up!

I can't say enough about the wonderful service we received from the time I walked in the door to when our carpet was installed. Larry was a joy to work with and so helpful with our choosing the type and colors that would work best for our needs. We are so happy with how everything turned out and appreciated the follow up by Ben. I would return to them in a heartbeat for any other flooring needs!
Parks flooring was professional and easy to deal with their installers are top of the line and very trustworthy. For future projects I will definitely be using this company again.
