From my first phone call to schedule my appointment, the entire experience was excellent. Setting up the appointment was easy, and when I arrived, everything went very smoothly. The front desk staff was welcoming and polite. My dental hygienist, Mrs. Ashley, was outstanding. She was very informative, explained every step of the process, and kept me informed about what she was doing throughout my cleaning. Everyone is super polite and kind. It’s quite obvious everyone likes their job. They are very professional at the same time having fun. I had made a wrong turn and didn’t know where I was in relation to the office. I called the office and the administrative professional stayed on the phone with me and talked me right to the office. I’m terrible with names. I haven’t been to the dentist in years and thought I would be pretty sore after a cleaning. My teeth are clean and I feel no pain.
