Sent maintenance request at 9pm when AC went out. Parks Deter had repairman here next morning by 10 am and unit was fixed and running. Very responsive to our request. Great property management company.
Do not let this company control rental of your property. They took the cutest little house next door and allowed it to become state housing. I guess so they're sure to get it rented. They allowed a man to move in that has been thrown out of everywhere in town because he's so repulsive. The tenants have ruined the place in just a few months. Trash everywhere. One of the renters uses the bathroom in the yard (fecal) and they won't do anything about it. (The one that has been thrown out of everywhere) There is trash all over th... read more
