I've always received excellent service from Parks Chevrolet. Their Service Department is EXCELLENT and I would rate them a 10 out of 10. Carson in the Service Department is excellent to work with. He always remembers who I am and provides very personable service.
I took my newly purchased 24 Silverado in for the L87 recall. They completed the work and returned it to me in a timely manner. They also explained everything that was done and what I needed to do to retain the vehicle’s warranty. Very customer service oriented. I will return to have all the work done to my truck in the future.
Landon was one of the best service advisors I’ve worked with over the years at any dealership. He was slammed very, very busy, but still took the time to make that personal connection. And make me feel like I was a valued customer who he was gonna take care of. Now that I have this new Corvette he’ll be the only one I wanna deal with when I come in.
