I could fill a book on my 5 days worth of interactions and details but just trust the 1 star reviews as legit and this quick synopsis. Disorganized, inept, and apethetic. This place was worse than a nightmare! The customer service was horrible and it took them almost 3 weeks to fix an issue that had already been diagnosed. 1- I sent my vehicle in with a brand new battery, which they said was not working and wouldn't hold a charge, and they had to have a working battery to fo their diagnosis, which btw they charged me $170 for. So, they said they would sell me a battery for $570. I went to AutoZone where I purchased the new battery that was in the vehicle when it left my house, and bought a se... read more
