I contacted Parks Chesin & Walbert about a potential case and found out that they will give a consultation over the phone and then have you come in the office and charge you a $250 consultation fee. When I spoke with the attorney over the phone he focused primarily on one aspect of the case. He also asked for information that I provided and then refused to call me back or show any courtesy to let me know that he would be unable to assist me with my case. They never provided me with any sound advice.
